It was a little hard trying to understand El Senor Bishop when he was talking, but listening for key words helped out A LOT! Everything I have learned in Spanish this year, has really started to stand out and I understand it more. Although sometimes I may forget some things, but I am pretty sure that I won't forget anything about the preterite because we have been learning it for a while now.
