  I did not like today’s assignment because i didn’t understand it and i did horrible on the quiz. It is important to learn a second language so you can comunicate with people around you that may not be familiar with your languge.

  Today, we took a quiz on moodle about the preterit and present progressives. The quiz consist of about 15-20 questions. It is really important to learn a foreign language because you may need it for a certain job or for college or something important like that. Now you are having to take foreign languages in certain jobs. It is really important to learn languages.

  It’s important to learn a second language so that if you’re ever visiting another country, you won’t look like a complete and total tourist. It’s also important to learn other languages since there are so many people that immigrate from other countries and don’t speak english very well.

  Todays assignment was fairly easy not as ling as the rest of the assignment. It is important to learn a second language becaue it could expand your way of thinking. Plus learning a second language might not only teach you how to speak but it will teach you culture and ways of life other nationalities live. One of the most common reasons if people go on vacation to a hispanic speaking country and will come in much use.

  Today’s assignment was easy because we did preterite tense. It’s pretty easy. The reason you should learn a second language. If your going to own a business you might want to hire some people that speak different language. Are you might go to a different country and you probably need to know the language.

  In todays assignment we took a test on present pretirit verb forms. I think it is very improtant to learn a second language, espically spanish because I think eventually it will be a common language in America. I would love to be fluent in Spanish and hope to continue my study of the language after highschool.

  On todays assignment i thought that i done very well on the quiz. But when i saw the score i did not do so hot. But i thought that the assignment was still fun anyway. It is very important that kids and sometimes adults learn a second language. Becaus you might get a job with someone that does not speak English. I am glad that i am tryin to learn a second language.   Today we took a quiz on preterit verbs. It was a little bit hard but i think i done ok. It is important to learn a second language because when you go out of town somewhere and people are speaking spanish, it might be great if you could grasp what they were talkinkg about. Sometimes it’s a good thing and sometimes you wished you would have kept you ears-closed in that conversation. So take pride in learning spanish.

  Today we took a quiz on present pretenit verbs. It was easy other than the sentences we had to write. It is important to know a second lanugage because everyone does speak the same lanugage as us so, we need to at least know how to speak a little bit of spanish.

  Today we took a quiz on Present Preterit. It was kinda easy but also kinda hard. Then at the end of the quiz we had to make up sentences. But, all together the quiz was pretty easy. It is important to know a second language so if you are somewhere and you meet someone that doesnt speak english but u speak there language yall can communicate. I know some spanish but i am not good at it. But, i could maybe carry on a little convo with a spanish speaker.

  Today we took a quiz on present tense and preterit tense verbs. It was kinda tricky cause you had to figure out if the question was in present tense or past tense. I had never really thought about the present and past tense until this quiz. It really helped me see the difference.

  I think that it is important to learn a second language because you may need it one day in a situation. Say if you get a job and you have a customer who doesn’t speak english, so you would need to know the language that he/she spoke, or you would have to get a translator.

  Today we took a quiz in moodle on present tense vs. preterit tense. There was 20 multiple choice questions and one short answer question. I think todays assignment was rather easy and short. I think it is important to learn a second lanuage just for backup, like a seat belt. In this way no matter what happens in your life, you’ll have that second language, whenever the opportunity arrives to use it. Whether it’s for jobs or everyday life, you’ll always have it, just in case. I also think its important to explore other’s cultures other than your own, and learn a new language along the way. I think today was a simple, short assignment, and a great way to end a week.

  Today we had to take a quiz on the Preterite Tense. I made a 32/100. I dont really know what that grade is, but I hope it’s good. I like coming in the Media Lab. It is important to learn a second language because you will need it if you want to work in a good job, because believe it or not we have a lot of Spanish speaking people in the US. Also, if you have to go to a foreign land you may want to know how to speak their language. Like if you get lost or something or just a conversation. So these are some reasons you need to know how to speak a different language.

It is very important for someone to learn a second language because someone might visit that country and need to speak to people to get around the area. We also wrote a paragraph using the present preterit to tell what we did yesterday. it is important to learn a second language, because you might have to translate for someone and it is important to know the right way to conjucate the correct way.

  Today’s assignment was to take a quiz and in that quiz there was a part where we had to write a paragraph in Spanish what we did yesterday. I think it’s important to learn a second language because more and more people are coming into the United States and dont know how to speak English and in our area Spanish is becoming the second language. So it is very important that we are able to talk to them and understand them.

  I liked today’s assignment. It’s easier and it teaches me more when we take quizes on moodle. It’s important to learn a second language because you never know when you might need it. You have a better chance at getting a job when you know a second language and your fellow employees might not speak the same language as you. Also it’s just fun to be able to say something and few people would know what it meant.

  For today’s assignment we took a quiz. The quiz was easy for the most part but the end of it was a little difficult. It is important to know a second language for future jobs so that you can communicate with people who do not speak your language. Plus, you have to have two foreign language classes to get an advanced diploma.

  Today we learned about the present preterit, I like conjugating verbs in the present preterit. Well I thought i knew the present preterit more than that. I like taking quizzes on the computer, I wish we would have got to listen to the podcasts, I learn more that way.

  Todays assignment was alright. some parts i liked and some parted i didn’t. it is important to know another language. because there will be people that you will work with one day that speak another language and it is important to be able to communicate with them. it is also important to know another language when you are traveling to a diffrent country.

  Todays we had to take a test on moodle. It was hard in some ways then some of it wasn’t we also had to write a paragraph in spanish using the things we learned yesterday. It is important to learn a second language because when you meet someone who doesn’t know how to speak english you can communicate with them or even translate for someone else. Another reason would be if you went to Mexico or Miami you could talk to the people there.

  Today in Spanish II, we took a quiz on prederit verbs. I thought it was pretty hard, but i enjoyed doing it because i love Spanish.

  It is important to learn a second language because incase you go to a different language speaking country you will know what they are saying on the radio, television, and what the people say infront of you. I t is also very fun to learn a second language because to can see how other peopel talk.

  Today in spanish we took a test. It was easy until it came to the “write a paragraph” part. Im still learning how to put the words together to make a sectence. I will work harder.

  I think that it is important to learn another language to learn about evryones culture. People these days are so closed minded. i think that they need to relize THE WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND THEM!!! Second languages are also good to have for jobs or trying to get into school… plus their fun to learn!

  Today we learned how to say things in the peterit form. Where you did somthing in the past tense. like, Hablar change the ar to e (hable) hable ingles ayer, means I spoke english yesterday. It is importanrt to learn a second language because it might help you when you visit that country, and it can also benefit you in going to college and it will help you understand what the other people are saying to you and you can anwser them back.

  Today’s assignment was pretty hard but i done farely well on it. but i think that us havin to learn the spanish speaking people’s language is dumb because if they come here they should have to speak our language. It isn’t our place to have to talk there’s when they come to the united states.

  I value your opinion, but you need to learn to be more tactful. Moreover, over 4,000,000 million people in the U.S. speak a language other than English. I don’t think that the language of a particular group has anything to actually do with the country. The United States is a melting pot and always has been… The majority of the people speak English, but more and more are speaking other languages…

  Today’s assignment was a POP quiz, “complicated”!!! It is very important for the Americans (that was here first) to speak a second language so we can talk to different people. Like if a spanish speaking person walks into your store you need to be able to talk to him.

  Today’s assignment was a bit difficult. I still think I need a little more help with the endings and when to use them instead of the -o, -as, -a, -amos, -ais, -an. I get really confused between using preterit and present tense. It is important to learn a second language where you can somewhat talk to someone with the language. There are many people that think that Spanish is not a great thing to learn. I thought so at first but, since this is my last year in spanish I am kind of enjoying it more since I was able to have Coach Bishop as my teacher through Spanish 1 and Spanish 2.

  Ok… todays assignment was really easy. All we did was take a test that was really easy (althought I missed two) I blame it on “ahora”… it confused me. Anyway it was pretty easy but i did not like the paragraph at the end… once again, i was confussed. But it is very impotant to learn spanish because the way our econemy is today it won’t be long until we’re all speaking spanish (but i hope that doesn’t happen). But it is also required to speak spanish in many professions in order to prosper.

  Today in my 5th period Spanish class, we took a test on the present tense verbs and the preterit tense. I believe that this computer may be malfunctioning due to the fact that it revealed to me that my grade on the test was a 22. This tells me that I must study this section of Spanish more thoroughly and test myself in the near future to prove that I understand completely how to use the present tense and preterit tense verbs in Spanish correctly. It is VERY important in life to at least learn a second language, simply due to the fact that most career choices require it to be acknowledged. Not only that, many people in this world speak Spanish, and if you visit countries of that language without being able to speak it, you will not be able to comprehend their audible speakings. Thus, I recommend that anyone who is reading this comment, should take classes and thrive to learn at least one language other then English. In addition, if you confront a hispanic individual and unable to speak spanish and yet you attempt it, you may cause yourself or others to be exposed to conflict. Although you may not realize it now, your career choice may require you to speak a second language and you may not even know it. But anyways, today’s assignment was a test that proved whether or not you understand the section in which we are studying completely. It also goes to show those who don’t, that they need to further study the section for future assignments.

  Today we took a difficult test. It confused me when it said “Hoy” because I did not know whether to put the preterit or present tense. I eventually got it right thought. Although I thought everywhere it said “ahora” it said “ayer”. That is why I missed the questions that I missed. It was one of the more difficult tests we’ve had this year. It is important to learn a second language because for one thing, it goes on your college application. Another is it can get you qualified for a better or higher paying job by knowing a second language. Lastly you could be in a predicament where I am forced to use a different language to conquer the situation.

  Today, we took a test on the preterit and part of the test was to write a 5 sentence paragraph. The test wasn’t hard, i just got confused at first with the ‘hoy’. I think it is very important to learn a second language because it may come useful later in life. It could help you in college or even help you get a higher paid job. It could help you out if you needed help from someone who only spoke Spanish.

  Today’s assignment was to take the quiz on Preterite verbs. That was a tricky one!! We had to write a paragraph about what we did yesterday in Spanish. I hope I did well! I like taking quizzes on the Internet.

  I think it is important to learn a second language because it broadens your abilities to communicate with people. If you can only speak one language, you are forever limited to only speaking to people who speak that language. It is especially important to be able to communicate in today’s world. The United States (as well as other countries) have people from many different countries settling in them. It is becoming almost a necessity to speak another language so that you can communicate with everyone in your workplace, school, and community. If we all only spoke our own native languages, we would become incredibly isolated from each other, there would be no opportunity to have friends of a different culture. It would be terrible. We wouldn’t be able to benefit from discoveries made in other countries because we wouldn’t understand them. Technology would probably not be as advanced, and neither would medicines. Life would be incredibly different. That is why it is important to learn a second language, to ensure that this never happens.
